Description:

Join Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium’s Division of Environmental Health & Engineering to learn how DEHE is not just constructing water and sanitation infrastructure but partnering with Tribal and community leaders to create healthier, more resilient communities for generations to come. We plan, design, and construct water and sewer systems while also addressing how to keep these systems sustainable and affordable. Through partnerships with communities, we engage local leadership to actively protect their community and create sustainable solutions that address climate and other environmental challenges.

We are committed to ensuring a healthier future for Alaska Native communities by providing solutions for healthy homes and communities through:

  • Access to clean water and sanitation, often for the first time
  • Sustainable, affordable public health infrastructure
  • Community resilience in the face of climate and other environmental challenges
